Frequently Asked Questions

Q. HOW MUCH DOES A MONUMENT COST?

A. There are many variables that determine the cost of a monument. Some of these variables are size, shape, color, as well as specific species of granite. We currently offer markers that start at $250.00 and single uprights that start at $500.00

Q. WILL THE MONUMENTMALL DELIVER AND INSTALL MY MARKER OR MONUMENT TO THE CEMETERY?

A. Yes, MonumentMall will deliver your marker or monument to the cemetery. We will coordinate with the cemetery and perform all required procedures to complete the installation process. In the event that we are going to ship the marker or monument out of state, we will work with you to assure that the receiving cemetery has the ability to accept a freight delivery and place it. If they cannot, we will work with you to find a company in the area that can accept delivery and place the monument in the cemetery.

Q. WHAT TYPE OF GUARANTEE DOES MONUMENTMALL OFFER?

A. MonumentMall guarantees that your marker or monument will be produced per the proof that you are shown and will approve prior to production. We guarantee that your memorial will be produced from the highest quality material, free of structural defects. We further warranty leveling of any monument that we set for 5 years.

Q. WHAT IF I’M NOT SURE WHAT TYPE OF MEMORIAL MY CEMETERY ALLOWS?

A. In most cases MonumentMall will work directly, on your behalf with the cemetery to assure that you are purchasing a marker or monument that will be acceptable to the cemetery. In some cases, the cemetery will charge a fee for placing a marker or monument. These charges are in addition to marker or monument cost. We can include these charges in your contract and pay the cemetery when the memorial is delivered. By doing this for our customers, it allows the monument purchase experience to be a little less stressful for family members.

Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A MARKER OR MONUMENT DELIVERED AND INSTALLED?

A. There are several variables that will determine the length of time it takes to have your marker or monument completed and installed. The most significant of these variables is color, size and cut. Granite comes from all over the world, depending upon what the color is. Although we keep a wide selection of memorials in stock, we cannot possibly keep every size, shape, and color in stock. Our on site sandblast and laser etching production facility assures an efficient and speedy turnaround.
